His mission: to create great wines from exceptional terroirs. Here, the genius is in the bottle. A young winemaker as friendly as he is passionate about organic viticulture and respectful of the Valais heritage for which he works on around 6 hectares of vines. The magic works in an extraordinary environment that rises to an altitude of 900 metres. Enchanting, generous cuvées produced from plot-by-plot selections. We invite you to discover these classy wines in this gift box. We also invite you to continue your discovery by visiting the charming village of Saillon, considered to be one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland, before following the path of Farinet, a pleasant hiking trail that leads you to the smallest registered vineyard in the world and discover the story of this smuggler & his 3 vines that are each year the subject of a blend of good vintages offered by winemakers to produce 1000 bottles sold for the benefit of a charity for disadvantaged children.

Meet Yves De Mestral, the only Swiss winemaker to produce 7 different types of Chasselas from different vinifications. Discover Chasselas in all its forms: dry, sweet, sparkling, on lees, unfiltered, in barrels... During your tasting, you'll learn more about the principle of organic wines, how they are made according to the type of wine you're looking for, and the aromas that characterise them. You'll leave with a boxed set of 7 bottles (including wine descriptions) to enjoy at home with friends.

These forward-thinking women are revolutionizing modern viticulture with a futuristic vision & plunge you into a new sensory dimension with a tasting of wines from the Côte's finest biodynamic plots, as well as natural wines. During this unique event, you can also visit the Féchy Chasselas conservatory and its famous world vineyard, which features no fewer than 70 grape varieties from all over the world. We'll also take the opportunity to talk about viti-forestry, a didactic vocation designed to familiarize you with the various means used to promote biodiversity in general.
